Qualifications

• At least 3 years of operation and maintenance management experience in data centers or large-scale facilities.
• Experience managing third-party O&M teams and coordinating schedules.
• Proficient in written and spoken English; Chinese proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation and management of building facilities.
• Manage outsourced on-duty teams and supervise performance.
• Coordinate with maintenance vendors for repairs and services.
