Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in IT related field.
• At least 1 year of Data Centre experience in NOC or remote hands.
• Physically fit and willing to work on rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide support in Data Centre services.
• Monitor incoming tickets and respond accordingly.
• Perform power verification and manage equipment installation.
• Conduct security CCTV monitoring and inventory management.
• Assist project teams as required.
