What is your mission?
As an AI Trainer you will play a key part in training large language models that power our AI-native games. Your contributions will fine‑tune our models’ performance across several departments (with a specific focus on emotional intelligence and logic), helping to create an immersive user experience within our fictional worlds.
There are 4 main areas: LLM, Creative Content Writer, Audio, Video.
- Annotate game content such as dialogues, quests, character interactions, scripts, and TTS (text to speech), action/movement, dialog, facial expressions, and more.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in the data to optimize players’ gaming experience.
- Create in-depth world building, comprehensive characters, mini-plots, personality profiles, and other relevant details.
- Annotate and evaluate model responses against our internal language & logic rubrics in an effort to improve dialogue and overall interactions to achieve the best user experience possible.
- Collaborate with our research and product teams to develop state‑of‑the‑art large language models and audio and video generation technologies.

- Nice to have: Previous experience working with data (including data analysis, data manipulation, data reporting).
