Michael Page are currently partnering with a well established Shared Service centre in the Business Services industry, to recruit a Data Analytics Specialist to join their team. Description

The main job duties include:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather data requirements and ensure accuracy of both manual and system-generated data.
• Support implementation of analytics and automation tools, starting with manual data collection and integration into SAP S4Hana and Tableau.
• Create reports and dashboards that combine manual inputs and system data to deliver actionable business insights.
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies from manual sources and automated systems.
• Analyze trends and support root cause investigations using a mix of manual and system data.
• Drive process improvements to reduce manual effort and enhance automation and reporting accuracy.
• Deliver timely ad-hoc reports and monitor performance against SLAs.

Profile

The successful candidate will ideally have:

• Bachelor\'s Degree or equivalent experience
• At least 2 years experience in Business Intelligence and data reporting
• Experience with BI systems such as SAP, Tableau, and Power BI
• Great numeracy and mathematical skills, and attention to detail
• Ability to work proactively, independently, and as a strategic partner in a team environment
• Demonstrated critical thinking
