A recruitment agency specializing in analytics roles is seeking a Data Analytic & Business Intelligence Analyst to transform complex business data into actionable insights. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining BI dashboards and reports while collaborating with various departments. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's in Business Analytics, 1–3 years of experience, and proficiency in data visualization tools like Power BI. As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will play a key role in transforming complex business data into actionable insights that guide strategic decisions and company growth.
You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining BI dashboards and reports that provide clear visibility into business performance metrics such as sales, marketing effectiveness, customer behavior, and operational efficiency.
This role requires strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio), and the ability to collaborate cross‑functionally with various departments to ensure that business decisions are driven by accurate, data‑backed insights.
Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple internal and external sources (CRM, ERP, marketing, and sales systems). Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and completeness across all BI platforms. Develop and maintain automated BI reports and dashboards to monitor KPIs and business trends.
Analyze and visualize key business metrics such as revenue, sales conversion, customer retention, and operational performance. Provide regular insights to management on company performance, growth opportunities, and potential risks. Support decision‑making by identifying performance gaps and recommending data‑driven solutions.
Identify patterns and trends across business and market data to forecast future performance. Assist management in strategic planning through data storytelling and predictive insights.
Partner with departments such as Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Operations to understand business goals and translate them into BI requirements.
Present clear, concise, and visually appealing reports to non‑technical stakeholders. Continuously optimize BI systems, reporting workflows, and data pipelines for efficiency. Stay updated with BI technology trends and recommend improvements to enhance analytics capabilities.
