Responsibilities

• Collate and maintain daily box office results, ensuring accurate data entry into company systems and preparing daily, weekend opening, and pre-opening reports.
• Analyze each release with pre-release forecasts, release date assessments, weekly holdovers, and performance comparisons against similar titles, as well as competitor bookings, occupancy rates, and market rankings.
• Monitor and analyze sales and box office data, including exhibitor and competitor promotions, daily results, and market trends, and report findings.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of the market, including circuits, release schedules, logistics, historical box office data, weekly holdovers, and performance comparisons, while maintaining and updating title release dates in the systems.
• Assist in preparing sales reports and presentations and support database management to ensure accurate and complete company records.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor Degree in finance, business administration, economics or other relevant qualification.
• Great interest in MOVIES and distribution.
• 1 to 2 years working experience in Sales and Marketing Analyst or in Movie industry preferable.
• Advanced use of Excel (Pivot table, Vlookup, Power Query) and Power BI and any related analytic tools.
• Excellent oral and written English communication, capable of making effective presentations.
• Strong numerical analysis skills and a process- and detail-oriented approach.
• Independent and team collaboration.
• Adaptability, Problem-solving, driven, resourceful.
