Data Analyst (AI) | Fresh Graduates | Jan 25 intake

As an AI Trainer you will play a key part in training large language models that power our AI-native games. Your contributions will fine-tune our models’ performance across several departments (with a specific focus on emotional intelligence and logic), helping to create an immersive user experience within our fictional worlds.

There are 4 main job scopes: LLM, Creative Content Writer, Audio and Video

Responsibilities

• Annotate game content such as dialogues, quests, and character interactions
• Ensure accuracy and consistency in the data to optimize players’ gaming experience
• Annotate and evaluate model responses against our evaluation rubrics in an effort to improve dialogue and overall interactions to achieve the best user experience possible
• Collaborate with our research and product teams to develop state‑of‑the‑art large language models

Nice to Haves

• Previous experience working with AI models (including RLHF, fine tuning, evaluating)
• Previous experience working with data (including data analysis, data manipulation, data reporting)

Qualifications

• Fresh Graduates from these degree backgrounds: Statistics, Technology / IT / Computer Science, Engineering, Maths, Psychology and Copywriting
• Degree and/or experience in the following fields: Writing / Storytelling / Copywriting, Technical Writing, STEM, Data Disciplines (including data analysis, data manipulation, data reporting), Psychology and Philosophy
• Have a passion for gaming, especially narrative-driven or role‑playing games
