Role Summary

The Data Analyst is responsible for supporting the development, enhancement, and maintenance of dashboards and data reporting solutions to enable business users to monitor performance and make informed decisions. The role involves data validation, user requirement support, documentation, and daily operational assistance, while working closely with internal stakeholders and vendors under guidance.

• Effective support for daily data requests and issue resolution

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and preparation of dashboard reporting and basic analysis to support business monitoring
• Support dashboard enhancement deployments, including minor modifications and fixes to existing dashboards and applications
• Assist in data platform and data modelling implementation and deployment activities
• Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy, reliability, and alignment with business rules
• Assist in collecting and documenting user requirements and functional specifications for new projects and enhancement requests
• Support preparation of business requirement specifications in compliance with organizational SOPs
• Prepare user manuals, documentation, and provide basic training to new users
• Act as a liaison to support communication between business units in resolving application and data‑related issues
• Provide daily operational support including data requests, report updates, and troubleshooting

Core Competencies & Technical Expertise

• Basic knowledge of SQL (e.g. SELECT statements, filtering, simple joins)
• Familiarity with Excel (formulas, pivot tables)
• Exposure to BI or reporting tools (e.g. Qlik Sense, Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent)
• Basic understanding of databases and data structures
• Ability to perform data validation and basic analysis
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or equivalent
• Up to 2 years of working experience in data analytics, reporting, BI, or related roles
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship or academic project experience are encouraged to apply
• Basic finance or property industry knowledge is an advantage but not mandatory
