What You’ll Do (Job Scope):

• Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources (patient management system, finance, marketing, and operations).
• Prepare and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance trackers for management.
• Analyze patient trends, treatment patterns, and business performance to support strategic decisions.
• Identify operational bottlenecks, propose and implement data-driven and automation-driven improvements.
• Collaborate with different departments (Finance, Marketing, Operations, Clinical) to provide insights into decision-making.
• Support ad-hoc data analysis requests from management and occasional IT Support
• Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and integrity of all data handled.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Excel and comfortable with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
• Knowledge of Python.
• Familiarity with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) using Python or automation tools like n8n and Zapier.
• Understanding of RPA concepts such as process discovery/mapping, building and testing automation workflows, and following best practices is a plus.
• Eagerness to learn and grow—fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
