Job description

Cybersecurity/Network Security Engineer (Competitve Salary) Based At PJ

Responsible for on-site delivery of network security projects, including the deployment, commissioning, policy configuration, and optimization of security devices (such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, WAF, endpoint security), ensuring projects comply with design solutions and technical standards.

Act as the technical point of contact for projects, maintain effective communication with customers, promptly understand and feedback customer requirements, and provide necessary network security technical training or security awareness advisory services.

Proficient in the configuration and management of mainstream network and security devices (such as Cisco, H3C, Huawei, Sangfor, Hillstone, and other brands), with strong expertise in firewall, IDS/IPS, WAF, and other security policy design and optimization.

Provide post-project security operations services, including daily monitoring, log analysis, threat detection, security incident handling, and emergency response, to ensure the continuous stability and security of customer systems.

Job Requirements:

Proficient in Windows and Linux operating systems, with mastery of at least one scripting language (such as Python, Shell, or PowerShell), and capable of writing scripts to automate security operations and maintenance tasks.

Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Network Engineering, Information Security, or related disciplines.

At least 1 year of relevant cybersecurity/ network security working experience; candidates with experience

Possession of security-related certifications such as CISSP, CISP, CISA/CISAW, or other security assessment certifications is a plus point.

Able to travel as required by project needs.
