Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or entry-level security operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the deployment and configuration of security tools across client environments.
• Perform initial health checks and connectivity validation for newly onboarded clients.
• Monitor system alerts and perform first-level troubleshooting.
• Escalate complex technical issues to higher-level engineers.
• Maintain accurate documentation of configurations and known issues.
