Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Kuala Lumpur / within the Culinary Department in Kuala Lumpur, the Cutter 3 (Chinese Cuisine) is responsible for the preparation, service, hygiene quality and presentation, which covers Banquet, All‑Day Dining, Club Floor and a la carte. The Cutter 3 (Chinese Cuisine) reports to the Executive Chinese Chef/ Chinese Sous Chef.
