  • Document customer interactions accurately and follow up on pending cases.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
  • Ensure timely response and resolution within SLA.
  • Escalate complex cases to appropriate departments.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for customer service processes.
