Responsibilities
- Conduct meter readings and billing for Rental and TGS accounts to ensure complete coverage and accurate invoicing.
- Verify meter readings using multiple channels (calls, emails, SMS, CSRC, etc.).
- Monitor customer usage patterns to identify anomalies and ensure billing accuracy.
- Update meter readings and process billing promptly, including issuing tax invoices to customers.
- Prepare and submit credit notes for any discrepancies or inaccurate billing.
- Maintain and file all billing-related documents in accordance with company policies.
- Analyze customer usage trends and prepare billing reports for submission to the immediate superior or manager.
- Maintain accurate customer master data to support reliable billing processes.
- Respond to internal and external customer inquiries related to billing and other matters concerning the Customer Support Department.
- Provide regular feedback and recommendations to management for continuous improvement.
- Assist in project management activities including chairing status meetings, tracking open issues, preparing reports, and recommending actions to ensure timely project delivery.
- Oversee daily operations, monitor team performance, ensure KPI achievement, and support the preparation of management reports.
- Guide and support Billing Specialists in resolving billing-related issues.
- Liaise with relevant departments to follow up on billing-related matters and ensure smooth interdepartmental coordination.
- Perform other related functions as required to support the billing and customer support operations.
Qualifications
- Candidate should possess a Diploma / Advanced Diploma, Professional Certificates or equivalent in Business Studies / Administration / Management, Finance / Accountancy / Banking
- Preferably at least 1 year of related working experience.
- Preferably Executive specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
- Good communication skills in English, Malay language for both spoken and written
