Job summary

A transportation services company is looking for customer support personnel to assist drivers and passengers via various communication channels. The role requires proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, familiarity with Microsoft Office, and an ability to work on weekends on a rotational basis. Preference will be given to those with prior customer support experience. This is a great opportunity to join a growing e-Hailing service team in Selangor.

Qualifications

• Proficient in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Experience in customer support service is an added advantage.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office tools like Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support for an e-Hailing company through phone, WhatsApp, or other social media.
• Work on weekends with two weekdays off on a rotation basis.
• Report and summarize customer issues/problems.
• Carry out related jobs and duties as required.

• Can accept working on Saturday and Sunday with two days off on weekday on a rotation basis
• To report and summarize customer issues/problem
• To carry out related jobs and duties when required

Job Requirements

• Education level should be SPM/STPM/Unified Exam or equivalent
• Proficient in speaking and writing of English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Familiar with Microsoft Office like words, excel, etc.,
• To be based in HQ (Kajang, Selangor)
• Customer support service experience is added advantage
