It provide sales activities as well as to provide technical support and maintenance services in relation to semiconductor equipment for the group business unit's worldwide customers in Europe-Germany, Portugal, St Malta and Asia-China, Japan, Korea, India, Philippines, Thailand and Malaysia. This is a permanent and full-time role. Field Service Engineer will perform complex customer support activities that involving on-site installation, service, repair, hardware integration, troubleshooting and training of machine at customer sites in a timely and cost-effective manner. Serve as company expert with customers on administrative and technical matters. Conduct business in a professional manner building customer relationships.

Responsibilities

1. Install and commission new machine and kit at end user facilities.
2. Carry out machine and kit buy-off process as per end user requirement.
3. Conduct machine operation and maintenance training to end user.
4. Provide on-site and off-site technical support to end user.
5. Feedback machine and kit matter and end user input to HQ through JIRA system for continuous improvement.
6. Update machine and kit status to HQ through JIRA for progress tracking and KPI purposes.

Requirements

• Min Degree/Diploma holder or 2-4 years working experience in related industry
• Good command of Mandarin, English and Malay written and spoken communication skills
• Good analysis and trouble shooting skills. Able to work independently.
• Willing to work overtime and travellocal/oversea support whenrequired
