In this role you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality customer service through email, chat and phone channels to our high-profile clients, who specialize in internet-based searching and video-sharing platforms.

Your primary responsibilities will include resolving customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

To excel in this role, you will need to demonstrate proactive problem-solving skills and continuously strive to meet and exceed performance targets.

Your tasks:
  • Provide high-quality online customer service via email, chat and phone.
  • Deliver efficient troubleshooting and query resolution.
  • Identify, qualify and overcome customer objections.
  • Meet deadlines with a fast-paced environment.
Our requirements:
  • Fluency in written and spoken Italian.
  • Intermediate level of written and verbal English.
  • Available for a minimum of 130 hours per month.
  • Experience in the call center or customer service industry.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good analytical and organizational skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience or educational background in the online advertising or marketing field is a plus
What we offer:

  • Salary range: 42,50-50,00 PLN gross/h.
  • Hybrid collaboration from Kraków.

  • Schedule from Monday to Friday from between 8 AM and 6 PM.
