Job Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone (Voice Support) and chat (Chat Support)
Provide accurate information and resolve issues efficiently
Maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality
Record and update customer interactions in the system
Meet individual and team performance targets
Requirements:
Minimum SPM / Diploma / Degree in any field
Good communication in English (Mandarin is a plus)
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
Customer-focused, patient, and professional attitude
Fresh graduates are welcome / Experience is an advantage.
