Join Hyped Mind Sdn Bhd as a Customer Success Manager and play a pivotal role in ensuring long term satisfaction and retention of our valued customers. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for proactively managing and supporting our clients, ensuring they achieve their desired outcomes through our innovative products and services.

What you’ll be doing
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers, serving as their primary point of contact
  • Conduct regular client check‑ins, performance reviews, and satisfaction surveys
  • Manage client onboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions and clear expectations
  • Report to our Head of Projects, working closely together to strategise and execute
  • Proactively identify and address customer needs, concerns, and opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and support
  • Analyze customer data and insights to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement customer success strategies, programs, and initiatives to drive customer satisfaction and retention
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, providing guidance and recommendations to help customers achieve their goals
  • Handle escalations with professionalism and provide quick resolutions
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our products and services based on customer feedback
  • Support business renewal and contract extension activities
