  • Willing to travel to customer sites around the Klang Valley to provide on‑site service and support
  • Open to Mandarin speakers only
Working Hours

Mon–Fri: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Alternate Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email
  • Provide clear and accurate information on products and services
  • Visit customers around the Klang Valley area to follow up on service issues
  • Manage and resolve customer problems; elevate cases when necessary
  • Update and maintain customer records in CRM
  • Coordinate with internal teams to solve customer issues
  • Follow up on pending cases until resolution
  • Prepare simple customer service reports
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute improvement ideas
