Job summary

A logistics company in Klang City is looking for a candidate to manage daily delivery schedules and handle customer service inquiries. The position requires a minimum SPM or Diploma in a relevant field. Candidates with good communication skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment are encouraged to apply. Fresh graduates will be provided training. This role will support the Customer Service Manager in daily operations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily delivery and collection schedules with customers and drivers.
  • Update job status and ensure all delivery information is recorded accurately.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
  • Prepare transport documents, job sheets, and reports.
  • Work closely with operation and planning teams to ensure timely job completion.
  • Support the Customer Service Manager in operational tasks and problem solving.
