This role combines front desk customer service with patient coordination, ensuring each patient receives top-tier care, from their first inquiry to post-treatment follow-ups.

Your Role

As the Customer Service you are the face and heart of our clinic, responsible for making every patient feel welcomed, valued, and well-supported throughout their journey with us.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist patients with a professional, warm, and engaging approach
  • Manage appointments and inquiries via phone, email, and in person with efficiency and accuracy
  • Guide patients through treatment options and payment solutions, ensuring they feel informed and comfortable
  • Coordinate financial plans and payment options, helping patients find the best solutions for their needs
  • Handle patient records and CRM system updates, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
  • Work closely with the dental team to create a seamless patient experience
  • Ensure a welcoming, high-end clinic environment that reflects our premium services
