Hiring Language: Vietnamese, Indonesian, Thai, Japanese, Korean, English(AUNZ), Malay(MYSG), Tagalog(PH), Mandarin, English(UKI), Arabic

Hiring Mode: 1year contract basis under Manpower Malaysia

Native speakers of each language or local Malaysians preferred.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner Lifecycle Management
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard high-value partners that fit objectives.
  • Maintain proactive partner communications
  • Building and executing a data-driven B2B partner/affiliate strategy for the partners
  • Conducting market analyses to identify opportunities and inform recommendations.
  • Creating optimization strategies for partners to improve performance for new advertisers.
  • Evaluating industry trends, new tools, and platforms to integrate into the program for added advantage.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting
  • Deliver weekly and monthly performance dashboards, forecasts, and insights.
  • Leverage data to refine recruitment, activation, and spend strategies.
  • Provide ad-hoc analyses and cross-channel attribution insights to optimize incrementality.
  • Client & Industry Representation
  • Act as client’s representative at industry events, webinars and with top-tier partners.
  • Provide ongoing client support and status calls to review performance and priorities.
Ideal Profile to Target
  • Experienced in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or channel development, ideally with a B2B or network-growth lens.
  • Skilled in strategic planning, partner recruitment/management, and data-driven optimization.
  • Comfortable managing program operations, compliance, and reporting at scale.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder-management abilities; able to represent the client at events/webinars.
  • Local languages are mandatory, minimum 1 local language
  • English speaking proficiency is a must
