Job summary

A regional e-commerce company in Petaling Jaya is looking for customer service representatives to assist customers with their inquiries about orders and deliveries through calls, emails, and chats. Candidates should be available from February 6th to 14th, 2026, possess a laptop and headset, and be able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia. A training period is provided, and a working schedule ensures balanced hours. Daily rate is MYR 100-140 based on skills and experience.

• Assisting customer needs and queries regarding orders, deliveries and other related tasks via call, email, chat etc
• Communication (can understand and speaks both English and Bahasa Malaysia)

Rate (MYR 100 - 140 day) depends on skills and experience

Working hours: 9am-6pm

Work location: LTG Warehouse, PJS7 Bandar Sunway

Job Requirements

• Must be available throughout the entire V’day period, from 6th till 14th Feb 2026
• Own laptop & headset (must be able to operate properly)
• Experience (those with no CS experience is fine, age below 35 is preferable)
• Required to work on site
• Training will be provided
• There will be a schedule provided for everyone to make sure the part timers don’t overwork, rest day is considered unpaid, NO CUSTOMIZATION IS ALLOWED
