Ensure customer line is supported at all times.
Support Customer Service Engineer to resolve any issues at the customer end in a timely manner.
To feedback to Customer Service Engineer accurate & timely information on all issues at the customer plant.
To support Customer Service Engineer for SQE to evaluate changes made by supplier and carry out fitment at the customer end.
Support Customer Service Engineer for assurance engineering changes & permits are implemented in accordance to accepted procedures.
Monitor the cut off for changes is done correctly and effectively.
Involve in all rework or reprocessing at the Customer plant.
Control of non-conforming products.
Assist in the identification, development and implementation of new work instructions.
Participate in problem solving teams.
Requirements:
Diploma in any Engineering discipline and minimum of two years’ experience in Manufacturing company.
