Job Responsibility
  • Assist guests with planning, booking, and inquiries for resort products and services.
  • Understand guest needs and provide personalized solutions.

  • Ensure accurate information on resort events and activities is shared with guests.
  • Respond to emergencies in line with hotel guidelines.
  • Work collaboratively to achieve team and individual KPIs.
Job Requirements
  • Must be able to work in KL, Malaysia.
  • Demonstrated experience in hotel reservations, or customer service roles is a plus.
  • Strong command of English & Korean is required; proficiency in multiple languages is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer-first mindset and ability to perform well under pressure.
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously and comfortable using digital tools and applications.
  • Willingness to work on rotational shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and overnight shifts as required by operational needs.
