A leading service provider is hiring a full-time Customer Service Specialist in Kuala Lumpur. This role requires no prior experience and involves working various shifts throughout the week. You will ensure optimal service delivery to customers, clarify their requirements, and maintain a friendly demeanor. Ideal candidates should be available for morning, afternoon, and evening shifts, aiming to provide excellent service and support.

Qualifications

  • Must be available to work various shifts including mornings, afternoons, and evenings from Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure service delivered meets contractual KPIs.
  • Clarify customer requirements and provide appropriate resolutions.
  • Listen to customer needs and demonstrate empathy.
  • Greet customers courteously and professionally.
  • Maintain knowledge of client products and services.
  • Document interactions and notate accounts as required.
  • Participate in activities to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Offer additional products and services.
  • Track and manage information in the call tracking database.
  • Refer customer inquiries to appropriate sources.

Functions:
  • Ensure service delivered to our customers meets contractual KPIs
  • Clarify customer requirements; probe for understanding, use decision-support tools and resources to appropriately provide resolution to the customer.
  • Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy while maximizing opportunity to build rapport with the customer.
  • Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon procedures.
  • Maintain basic knowledge of client products and/or services.
  • Prepare complete and accurate work including appropriately notating accounts as required.
  • Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance.
  • Offer additional products and/or services.
  • Track, document and retrieve information in call tracking database.
  • Respond to customer inquiries by referring them to published materials, secondary sources or more senior staff.
