As a Non-Voice Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing prompt, accurate, and professional support to customers via real-time online chat platforms. You will contribute to a positive customer journey by addressing inquiries efficiently and ensuring consistent service quality.

Responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries through live text-based platforms with clear, courteous, and professional communication.
  • Record customer concerns, solutions provided, and case progress accurately to ensure proper documentation and follow-up.
  • Guide customers in using the company’s systems by offering clear, precise, and user-friendly instructions.
  • Build strong product and service knowledge to effectively resolve issues, propose suitable solutions, and provide helpful recommendations.
  • Support tasks assigned by supervisors and assist with departmental duties and other ad hoc responsibilities when required.
