Customer Service Officer (Contract January 2026 – June 2026)

Report to: Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • To manage sales administrative functions including accurate order processing, filing and delivery scheduling.
  • To lead and liaise between the Sales team and interdepartmental with customers and suppliers to ensure smooth coordination of all matters including the pricing, delivery scheduling, customer specifications and issue resolution.
  • To passionately provide excellent customer service to customers.
  • To maintain an efficient work environment.
  • To plan production including but not limited to daily and weekly production planning.
  • To be accountable margin and collection targets concurrently with the Sales team.
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks to be assigned by the Management from time to time.

Skills/Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years working experience in manufacturing sector.
  • Knowledge in management and control of workforce.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Report writing.
  • Able to plan and delegate.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Computer literate.
  • Professional development and experience.

Education:
