About the role

T.S Low Plumbing and Renovation are seeking an experienced and driven Customer Service Manager to join their team in Selangor. This full‑time role is responsible for leading and managing the customer service operations, ensuring exceptional service and support is provided to all customers. Reporting directly to senior management, this position plays a crucial part in shaping the overall customer experience and supporting the company's growth objectives.

What you’ll be doing
  • Oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the customer service team, including scheduling, task allocation and performance management
  • Develop and implement customer service strategies, policies and procedures to drive efficiency, quality and consistency
  • Manage customer queries, complaints and feedback, ensuring timely and effective resolution
  • Analyse customer data and feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
  • Foster a customer‑centric culture by leading, coaching and motivating the customer service team
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally to enhance the customer experience and support broader business objectives
  • Monitor and report on key customer service metrics and KPIs to senior management

  • Significant experience (5+ years) in a customer service management role, preferably within the plumbing or home renovation industry
