Qualifications

  • Excellent fluency in Traditional Chinese Typing and English, both verbal and written.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the Taiwan market.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to empathise and build rapport with customers.
  • Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Based in our Kuala Lumpur office, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our customers have a positive experience with our products and services.

  • Resolving customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently
  • Providing product information and guidance to customers
  • Maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions
  • Identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and suggest process improvements
  • Collaborating with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
What we're looking for

Working Hour

Monday To Saturday : 9am to 6pm
