Industry: Digital (Printer & Imaging Solutions)

Working Hours: Day Shifts Only (Permanent Off day on Sunday)

Salary: Monthly salary with minimum RM4000 above, plus KPI incentive up to RM200

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Support: Assist customers with printer-related inquiries, troubleshooting, and resolving issues.
  • Communication: Provide prompt and courteous responses to customer emails, calls, and chats.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by going above and beyond in service delivery.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with printer hardware and software is a plus.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to think on your feet and resolve issues quickly.
  • Excellent verbal (Cantonese & English) and written communication skills.
  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service or technical support, preferably in the digital industry. Fresh graduates are welcomed!
