Job Description

Responsibilities

Act as the representative for a world-class smart security company, and gain working knowledge of security operations and procedures.

Handle all Incoming/Outgoing calls effectively in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Deliver professional service via phone, email and fax and providing one stop service in a consistent and professional level.

Monitor and respond to the alarm signals of client’s world-class smart home security system, within service level targets (SLT).

Provide technical troubleshooting support to customers on alarm issues in an effective and efficient manner.

Assign out relevant questions and jobs requested by customer to other respective departments for further action.

Be a team player and maintain professional composure when dealing with security issues.

Based on customer feedback, identify problem trends and highlight to Superior for further discussion, service enhancement and resolution of problems.

Highlight non-SOP compliance incidents to Team Leaders for corrective and preventive actions.

Requirements

Must be able to work in rotational shifts.

Must be able to work in Jalan Chan Sow Lin, KL.

Candidate must possess at least SPM qualifications.

Good command of English.

Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Able to work with minimal supervision, result-oriented and positive-minded with exceptional professionalism.

Possess good analytical skills and adaptable to changes.
