Responsibilities

• Source and purchase materials from local and overseas vendors; generate customer quotations at the advised margin in a timely manner.
• Manage customer orders: review purchase orders, communicate for special requirements, ensure accurate and efficient processing, and provide confirmations.
• Maintain a systematic filing system and record retention to comply with ISO9001 standards.
• Coordinate with the Finance team for petty cash handling when required.

• At least 3 years of relevant work experience; solid experience in trading business is an asset.
