A leading logistics company in Klang City is seeking a Customer Service Executive to excel in import/export coordination and customer engagement. The successful candidate will coordinate with various stakeholders, manage documentation, and ensure timely delivery. Proficiency in Mandarin and English, along with 2 years of experience in logistics, shipping, or freight forwarding, is required. Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, shipping, or freight forwarding.
  • Knowledge of international trade terms (Incoterms), customs, and port procedures.
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries and manage rate inquiries professionally.

What You’ll Do:
  • Coordinate with clients, warehouse teams, forwarders, and transporters
  • Process POs, provide accurate quotations & ensure timely deliveries
  • Manage rate inquiries and resolve customer issues professionally
  • Maintain reports & ensure all procedures meet international trade regulations
What We’re Looking For:
  • Min. 2 years experience in logistics, shipping, or freight forwarding
  • Knowledge of international trade terms (Incoterms), customs & port procedures
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong communication skills in Mandarin & English (other languages a bonus!)
  • Detail‑oriented, team player, and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
