Minimum qualification: Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree or a minimum of 1 year working experience in Customer Service Centre and/or banking industry.

Possess own transport and willing to travel.

Positive, patient, and friendly attitude.

Responsibility
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding their eligibility for bank loans in a timely and professional manner.
  • Evaluate and analyze customer's financial information and circumstances to determine their eligibility for housing loans.
  • Clearly explain the process for applying for a housing loan, including any necessary documentation, timelines, and what to expect.
  • Continuously update knowledge on all housing loan products to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Ensure all interactions and transactions comply with banking regulations and internal policies.
  • Provide feedback on common customer issues to management and contribute to the development of strategies to improve customer service.

Working hour (10am-5pm) Mon–Fri
