Job summary

A leading BPO provider in Malaysia is seeking customer service agents to handle inquiries across various channels, including Livechat and email. Candidates must have a minimum SPM qualification and proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia. Experience in customer service or BPO is required, alongside a willingness to work rotational shifts. You will be responsible for addressing customer concerns and maintaining professionalism in a fast-paced environment, focusing on customer satisfaction while aligning with business goals.
