Job Responsibilities
  1. Address customer enquiries promptly and professionally to ensure exceptional service that meets or exceeds expectations.
  2. Monitor and analyze the performance of solar PV systems daily.
  3. Resolve product or service problems by understanding customer complaints, identifying causes, and providing effective solutions.
  4. Maintain existing customer relationships to ensure continued business.
  5. Prepare quotations and follow up with customers for acceptance.
  6. Prepare monthly performance reports of solar systems for customers.
  7. Engage with clients and technical teams to resolve project issues.
  8. Share client feedback to enhance the company's customer-centric strategies across departments.
  9. Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to resolve issues and improve processes.
  10. Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
  11. Organize and update departmental documentation and customer records for accessibility and accuracy.
  12. Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to changing business needs.
  13. Prepare and submit weekly sales reports, forecasts, and renewal updates to management.
Candidate Requirements
  1. Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field; engineering background is a plus.
  2. Languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English; Mandarin speaking is an advantage for dealing with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  3. Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, strong communication skills.
  4. Attitude: Customer-oriented, energetic, enthusiastic, team player, self-motivated, effective communicator, patient.
  5. Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks, and learn quickly.
