A leading provider of traditional Chinese medicine services in Malaysia is looking for a Customer Service Executive to enhance customer interactions and support sales operations. This role, requiring proficiency in Mandarin and good communication skills, involves responding to inquiries via social media and assisting customers in appointment bookings. Zhao Xi TCM Centre is looking for a Customer Service Executive to provide exceptional service and support our sales and administrative operations. This full-time role involves interacting with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth and satisfying experiences. Candidates must be able to speak and read Mandarin.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries received via social media platforms (e.g., WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, website chat).
Provide accurate information on TCM treatments, services, pricing, promotions, practitioner schedules, and clinic locations.
Guide potential patients through appointment booking and registration processes.
Follow up with customers who have shown interest but have not completed booking.
Record and update enquiry details and customer information in the system.
Escalate medical or treatment‑related questions to the appropriate practitioner or branch when needed.
Assist in handling basic customer complaints or concerns to maintain high customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with branch teams to check appointment availability, service changes, or updates.
Provide feedback and insights from customer conversations to support marketing and service improvement.
Perform other administrative tasks related to customer service and digital enquiries. Develop design concepts, wireframes, and prototypes for websites and other digital platforms.
Work towards individual and team KPIs such as booking conversion rate, response time, and show‑up rate.
Maintain accurate records to support performance tracking and reporting.
Able to respond promptly and comfortable handling high‑volume conversations.
Performance‑based incentives provided for meeting booking and conversion targets.
Minimum 1‑2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare, retail, or service‑oriented environment.
Minimum SPM/Diploma/Degree in any field.
Must be able to speak and read Mandarin; proficiency in English and Malay is required.
Customer‑oriented, patient, and friendly personality.
Ability to respond professionally and consistently in written communication.
Familiar with social media platforms and online messaging tools.
Able to work independently and manage multiple conversations at once.
Experience in customer service or healthcare industry is an added advantage, but not required.
