  • Coordinate with vendors & distributors to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Support agents with training, commissions & referral systems.
  • Monitor KPIs, track performance, and suggest improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Community, Finance, IT) to deliver great experiences.
  • Handle escalations and make sure every customer leaves happy!
🧠 What We’re Looking For
  • 1–3 years’ experience in operations, customer service, or telco/digital services.
