Job Overview

Responsible for managing customer service inquiries, ensuring that customers receive professional, timely, and high-quality assistance to enhance satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Answer customer calls, respond to emails/WhatsApp and handle online inquiries to resolve issues (product information, application processing requirement/status, etc).
  • Provide preliminary product recommendations following company procedures and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Handle customer complaints and exceptional cases, coordinating solutions with internal departments.
  • Regularly collect customer feedback and provide suggestions for improvements to enhance service quality.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and ensure the integrity of system data.
  • Provide daily general administrative support to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day office and business operations activities.
  • Organize, develop and maintain a proper filing system to ensure the confidentiality of all protected information.
  • Deliver quality services to all customers by adopting a systematic and consistent approach in line with the company’s policies, standards, and operating procedures.
  • Perform incoming and outgoing phone calls to assist with loan applications as needed. Explain installment amounts, interest rates, and other costs.
  • Adhere to performance standards in processing turnaround time and accuracy requirements.
  • Interview and explain the loan process as per company policy.
Qualifications
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and 1 to 2 years of experience in the related field is more advantage.
  • Have at least 1 year of customer service experience is more advantage.
  • Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
  • Patient and detail-oriented, with strong stress management and teamwork abilities.
  • Computer literates such as Excel and Microsoft Office application.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong in verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to multitask and remain motivated and positive.
  • Good working attitudes, responsible, self-discipline and work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Willing to take on new challenges and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • A result-oriented person and able to work under pressure.
  • Able to start work immediately or within a short notice period will be an added advantage.
  • Have own transport.
