KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Contact customers via calls and messages to arrange appointments, clinic services, promotions and package
  • Provide caring, professional support to ensure patient confidence and comfort
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and appointment bookings
  • Maintain accurate records of appointments and follow-ups
  • Collaborate with sales and customer service team to meet appointment and sales targets
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Passionate about beauty, wellness, and patient care
  • Strong in communication (Must be able to speak and write in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients)
  • Empathetic, professional, and able to build trust with customers
  • Organized and proactive in managing appointments and follow-ups
  • Prior experience in customer service, healthcare, or beauty industry is an advantage
