You will be responsible for :

  • As a Banking Customer Service Executive, you will be our valued banking customers' first point of contact. Your primary responsibility is to deliver exceptional service, answer inquiries, resolve issues, and promote our banking products and services.
  • To provide friendly and professional customer assistance via phone, email, or chat, addressing their banking needs and inquiries.
  • To stay informed about our banking products and services, enabling you to guide customers effectively in choosing the right solutions for their financial goals.
  • To efficiently and effectively resolve customer issues, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
  • To accurately record customer interactions and transactions while maintaining confidentiality and data security.
  • To adhere to all banking regulations and policies to ensure the integrity and security of customer accounts and transactions.
  • To work collaboratively with team members to achieve customer service goals and provide seamless support
Ideal Profile:
  • Fresh Graduateswith Degrees/Diplomas are encouraged to apply
  • SPM graduateswith2 years of Call Center/Customer Service experience
  • Must havecredit in Mathematics and English
  • Good communication skills in English and the ability to interact professionally with all levels within the organization
  • This is a6-month contract role, with the opportunity to beconverted to permanentbased on performance
  • Working Hours:8:00 AM – 11:00 PM (Rotational 9-hour shifts within this timeframe)
