About The Role

We are seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our team. The role involves attending to inquiries, feedback, requests and complaints from shoppers and tenants in a timely and tactful manner. Your responsibilities include:

  • Communication with shoppers and tenants in person or via phone call.
  • Ensuring all customer facilities such as strollers and wheelchairs are in good working condition and maintained at a high standard of cleanliness.
  • Conducting internal daily floor checks including tenant opening and closing hour.
  • Attending to emergencies and responding according to the centre Standard Operating Procedure.
  • Concierge desk administration duties.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth daily operations of the mall.
  • Assist in mall marketing events and campaigns such as handling gift redemption, lucky draws, contest forms etc.
About You
  • Open to fresh graduates with a Diploma or Degree who are keen to work in a dynamic mall environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to work on shifts, weekends, and Public Holidays (as per roster).
