A leading logistics technology firm in Shah Alam is seeking candidates for customer service roles requiring a diploma or higher. Ideal candidates should have 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in logistics or BPO environments. Proficiency in Mandarin is preferable to communicate effectively with clients. Candidates must be Malaysian. Salary will be determined based on performance in interviews and relevant work experience.
Able to accept 5.5 working days with 2 shift (off day will be on weekday or weekend) - No midnight shift
