A leading marketing firm in Malaysia is seeking a customer service representative to enhance customer engagement through various channels. The ideal candidate will be a great communicator, proficient in English and Mandarin or Bahasa Malaysia, and possess interpersonal skills. Be the friendly, professional voice of the company—responding to customer enquiries and addressing product or service-related concerns via phone, email, and other channels.
Proactively follow up on customer feedback and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely resolution.
Support and help shape a customer-first culture by contributing to service improvement strategies and customer care initiatives.
Participate in periodic market research to stay informed on trends and help refine our offerings.
Collaborate across departments to enhance customer journeys and promote long-term satisfaction.
A diploma or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
A great communicator who enjoys engaging with people from all walks of life.
Someone motivated, curious, and eager to grow—whether independently or as part of a team.
Strong interpersonal and follow-up skills, along with basic computer proficiency.
Proficiency in English and Mandarin or Bahasa Malaysia.
