A leading entertainment company in Penang is seeking a candidate to manage the reception area and assist guests at a theme park. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, managing ticketing counters, and addressing guest queries and complaints.   • Manage the reception area at The Top entrance.
  • Provide a warm welcome and accurate information to guests.
  • Patrol the Theme Park and assist guests.
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure satisfaction.
Job description

To make our guests feel welcome and attend to their needs and queries. To recommend and sell our tickets to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  1. To manage the reception area at The Top entrance.
  2. To manage the Ticketing and Information Counters at the Theme Park.
  3. To patrol the Theme Park and assist our guests whenever possible.
Job Duties
  1. Provide a very warm welcome to our guests by proper greetings and smile.
  2. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools.
  3. Must be seen to be proactive and always ready to help.
  4. To provide excellent service to all our guests so that they leave our premises as a satisfied guest and want to come back again.
  5. Ensure that the work area is always neat and tidy especially at all Counters.
  6. Ability to find and arrange the best tour of The TOP for our guests, VVIPs and honoured guests.
  7. Manage to handle situation with customer’s complaints, feedbacks, and problems.
