Provide high-quality service to customers, answering their inquiries and resolving their complaints
Communicate with customers via phone, email, or online chat tools
Handle customer orders, returns, and other service requests
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are responded to promptly
Record customer feedback and provide suggestions to management for service process improvements
