A dynamic customer service company in Selangor, Malaysia is seeking a Customer Retention specialist to engage proactively with customers. This role involves understanding customer needs, upselling, and delivering outstanding service. Ideal candidates have a diploma or higher, along with one year of experience in customer service or related fields. Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
Identify and act on opportunities to retain and upsell existing customers
Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve any inquiries or issues efficiently
Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
Contribute to the overall sales and retention targets of the business
What we're looking for
SPM/STPM/Diploma/Bachelor with 1 year of working experience in Customer Service/Telesales/Retention related background
Willing to work in shift rotational basis
Sales oriented, patient and customer oriented
