Use data analytics to generate insights and recommendations for CRM-driven marketing campaigns.
Lead the development of personalized marketing workflows, including email, SMS, and social media campaigns.
Integrate AI and automation tools to enhance customer interactions and improve efficiency.
Manage complex customer journeys and optimize their experience across different touchpoints.
Provide guidance to junior CRM team members and support the CRM Manager in strategy execution.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in CRM or related fields, with a focus on data analysis and segmentation.
Expertise in CRM tools, marketing automation, and AI technologies.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
